Mr. Pate handles all civil cases including arson, deceptive trade practices, false arrest, first party insurance (including extra-contractual), fraud, malicious prosecution, nuisance, personal injury, premises liability, product liability, property, toxic tort, and transportation claims (including automotive, ATV, motorcycle, RV, and trucking). Mr. Pate also serves as local counsel in Southeast Texas for several national law firms and corporations.
